About The Position

This is a relationship-based sales role for someone who is confident on the phone, consistent with follow-up, organized in their systems, and comfortable talking about the value of premium care. The Client Relationship & Sales Specialist will be the first point of connection for prospective patients, helping them understand their options and guiding them toward the right next step without a hard sales pitch. The role involves managing the initial part of the prospective patient journey, from lead follow-up and appointment setting to building trust and guiding decisions about specialized, cash-based physical therapy. The position also requires maintaining organized systems and contributing to a positive community and patient experience.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of inside sales, phone-based appointment setting, admissions, patient coordination, client success, healthcare sales, or B2C sales experience.
  • Healthcare workforce background.
  • Comfortable calling, texting, emailing, and following up with prospective clients or patients.
  • Ability to build trust quickly over the phone.
  • Confident speaking with people about sensitive health concerns.
  • Ability to talk about price, value, and premium care without sounding apologetic or pushy.
  • Organized enough to manage multiple leads, systems, notes, and follow-up tasks.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Suite, Google Sheets, CRMs, EMRs, VoIP Phone System, and other lead tracking systems.
  • Like having clear goals and knowing what success looks like.
  • Coachable, adaptable, and excited to grow with a company that is building for the future.

Responsibilities

  • Call, text, and email warm leads from various sources (Google, Facebook, website inquiries, referrals, workshops, social media).
  • Respond to new inquiries quickly and professionally.
  • Conduct discovery conversations with prospective patients.
  • Book qualified evaluations with the clinical team.
  • Follow up consistently with leads who are not ready to schedule.
  • Send information and next steps clearly and professionally.
  • Keep every lead, conversation, and next step documented.
  • Ensure no prospective patient falls through the cracks.
  • Ask strong questions to understand each person’s pain, goals, concerns, and motivation.
  • Build trust through clear, warm, and confident communication.
  • Help prospective patients understand the value of specialized, cash-based physical therapy.
  • Talk through common concerns around cost, time, insurance, and uncertainty.
  • Guide people toward a confident decision without using pressure or fear-based tactics.
  • Help people see what is possible when they choose the right care.
  • Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM, Google Sheets, EMR and other tracking tools.
  • Schedule appointments in the EMR system.
  • Track follow-ups, next steps, lead status, and appointment outcomes.
  • Keep the pipeline organized and current.
  • Communicate clearly with the team about patient questions, concerns, and expectations.
  • Help improve patient communication systems as the practice grows.
  • Support local workshops or community events.
  • Represent Body Moksha professionally in live or in-person environments.
  • Help create a warm, trustworthy first impression of the practice.
  • Strengthen relationships with prospective patients and referral sources.
