  • Proven success and experience working with high-level companies, preferably in a technical field
  • Track record of effectively prospecting, selling, and generating leads through outbound calls
  • High degree of flexibility, adaptability, and resiliency in a dynamic work environment
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM software for streamlined and accurate data management
  • Strong technology and phone skills, utilizing various methods for lead generation (e.g., Zoom, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Google, MS Office)
  • Collaborates effectively with a focus on teamwork and cooperation
  • Adheres to a defined sales process, ensuring consistency and efficiency
  • Strong business acumen and sales expertise
  • Minimum: High school diploma
  • 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Outbound Sales, and/or Lead Generation

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Engineering Technology
  • Technical Sales background is desired
  • Experience with technical or industrial customers is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conducting outbound calls to both cold and warm business contacts
  • Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, with a proactive approach to initiation and follow-ups
  • Utilizing CRM software accurately and efficiently to maintain organized and up-to-date records
  • Collaborating with external supplier partners and internal customer support representatives
  • Developing and nurturing pipelines to facilitate the achievement of business goals and metrics
  • Securing orders to contribute to the overall success of the organization
  • Scheduling impactful web presentations to assess and address customer needs
  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of sales and marketing materials
  • Building comprehensive lead lists to support sales and marketing campaigns
