Responsible for new business implementation, asset retention, growth of assets and client satisfaction for assigned book of business. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, distribution partners and TPAs. Develop business plans that identify key clients and list action steps to manage those relationships. Consult with clients and brokers on investment issues including performance, diversification, style and suitability. Work with plan sponsor to design participant education campaigns with the goal of increasing participation and contribution rates. Assist sales representatives with sales presentations and act as subject matter expert in topics such as Voya Service Model, installation process, ongoing service and procedures. Introduce and support new product and service initiatives.
