As the Client Relationship Manager, you will report to the Director of Operations and serve as a key leader within the operations team. You will oversee client service delivery, drive operational excellence, and partner closely with Investment Advisors to strengthen client relationships and enhance the overall client experience. In this role, you will provide strategic direction across account management, financial planning support, and client engagement, while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all client activities. You will play a critical role in scaling best practices and contributing to the firm’s growth strategy.
