The primary function of this role is to generate revenue for the branch by actively establishing a center of influence as a referral base and by actively participating in community events. Relationship Managers are expected to grow and expand the existing customer base through partner referrals, in addition to acquiring new customers by conducting effective needs assessments and recommending solutions based on customer needs. The Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in the branch’s growth and must exceed client expectations by being dedicated and innovative in providing solutions to the ever-growing complex needs of clients.
