As the Client Relationship Coordinator, you will ensure the highest standards of care for family client relationships served by advisory practices. You will coordinate all client-related activities of the advisory practice, ranging from client meetings to proactive client outreaches. This role is hybrid (Tues/Wed/Thur on site).

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in relevant field or combination of education and experience that provides and equivalent background.
  • 3+ years of applicable experience within Financial Services.
  • Highly organized and can effectively multi-task.
  • Understand financial services client service best practices and a knack for generating “wow” moments for clients.
  • Can balance a client experience mindset when managing and controlling business risks.
  • Can work independently, collaborating with others to accomplish client objectives.
  • Can adapt to changing information and business needs.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated client service experience within a wealth management institution.
  • Knowledge of Personal Trust, Custody, and Investment Management service offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the advisory team “quarterback”, driving important touchpoints of engagement throughout each client’s journey.
  • Ensure all minimum standards of care are achieved across client relationships assigned.
  • Responsible for establishing the client engagement plan and maintaining schedule of client meetings and proactive touch points.
  • Drive and manage advice team preparation and follow-up activities for client meetings.
  • Manage the proactive outreach to clients by advisors, trust officers, portfolio managers and financial planners.
  • Ensure clients have a positive service experience that always exceeds their expectations.
  • Build and maintain client relationships aimed to drive increased client retention and engagement.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM for all client activities and events.
  • Understand the client’s overall needs and help identify value-added engagement activities that Private Wealth can provide.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policy, operational policy, and regulatory guidance.
  • Manage client event requests and event planning.
  • Other duties as assigned.
