About The Position

The Client Relationship Administrator plays a key role in supporting our arbor services division. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients seeking tree care consultations, pruning services, removals, plant health care, and other arbor‑focused solutions. This role blends customer service excellence with administrative precision, supporting both clients and internal arbor teams. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and values sustainability and ecological stewardship.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative experience
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong time‑management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • High level of integrity and a proactive work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with CRM systems

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with arboriculture, tree care, or the broader “green” industry is a plus
  • Experience in tree care, landscaping, or environmental services
  • Familiarity with Aspire or similar industry software
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Resolve client inquiries related to tree care services and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Manage client intake and schedule arborist consultations and site visits
  • Generate invoices, process payments, and onboard new clients
  • Draft proposals and assist with arbor‑related sales communications
  • Collaborate regularly with arborists and territory sales partners
  • Identify opportunities for secondary services such as plant health care, pruning, or seasonal tree maintenance
  • Support seasonal projects such as contract renewals, data audits, and service promotions
  • Participate in snow event support (weekends/holidays) based on pre‑agreed “on‑call” availability
