Responsibilities

Receive and validate orders through the company web-based system and send them to the in-house system for processing.
Provide accurate pricing information on orders and generate quotes.
Investigate and resolve order issues, identifying the party responsible.
Answer inquiries through the 1-800 customer service phone line.
Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely shipment of orders to the warehouse.
Manage less than 100 inbound calls daily, maintaining professionalism.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone and email.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product pricing and availability.
Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs.
Research and resolve discrepancies reported by customers.
