About The Position

This is a field-based, relationship-building role with a product that’s genuinely easy to believe in. You’ll drive a planned route across central Milwaukee and nearby suburbs every day, introducing our repair service and building relationships with the property managers and facility managers who keep calling back once they’ve seen what we can do. No sales background required - you’ll be given a proven script and real coaching from day one. Perks and Benefits Competitive Pay — $45,000–$75,000 OTE (base salary + commission + bonuses). Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle.
  • Must be based in Milwaukee — daily travel throughout the north side and nearby suburbs.
  • Comfortable learning new software — CRM and routing tools provided and trained.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • People-oriented and persistent — comfortable introducing yourself to new people and building rapport quickly.
  • Eager to learn — absorb the script, deliver it well, and keep improving with coaching.
  • Reliable and routine-driven — execute the process every single day.
  • Detail-oriented by habit — log visits, track contacts, and treat follow-up as part of the job.
  • Self-directed — manage your own schedule and route.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Retail or customer service background.
  • Hospitality background.
  • Property management or real estate background.
  • Any people-facing role where showing up consistently and communicating clearly was the job.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a planned route across central Milwaukee and nearby suburbs.
  • Introduce repair service and build relationships with property managers and facility managers.
  • Plan your route, review target accounts, and prep follow-up notes.
  • Deliver a proven introduction and ask questions to understand customer needs.
  • Follow up with contacts and keep your pipeline moving.
  • Log every visit, note, and follow-up in the software.
  • Attend weekly team meetings to review numbers, share wins, and get coaching.
