Requirements

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online communication platforms
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Answer questions regarding available benefit programs and coverage options
- Assist clients with enrollment and follow-up support
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure an outstanding client experience
- Participate in ongoing mentorship, leadership development, and professional training
- Help foster a positive, supportive, and growth-focused team culture
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
