Growth creates opportunity! We are seeking an A-Player to join our vibrant local business, which is part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach. As an Account Manager, you'll build and foster relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction. You will present recommendations for property improvements, proper horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget. You will manage all customer communication within client portfolio, and partner with clients to actively promote landscape enhancements to beautify existing properties. You will maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations are consistently met or exceeded. You will lead in the resolution of customer problems or concerns, and achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals. You will ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
