Juniper is seeking a Client Relations Manager to serve as the liaison between Juniper and its clients. This role involves setting and managing client expectations to ensure their landscaping needs are met. Requirements

  • Sense of urgency: Respond to client calls or emails daily with follow-up.
  • Zero tolerance for lack of availability or follow-up with clients.
  • Over-communication both internally and externally.
  • Clear understanding of your market and clients, including business standpoint, forecasted growth/drop-off, service failures, and areas for improvement.
  • Strong networking ability: Actively participate in relevant organizations to promote Juniper's brand and secure new opportunities.
  • Conduct or sponsor training events for CAMs and board members.
  • Attend after-hours events hosted by organizations or potential clients.
  • Knowledgeable in Horticulture, Pest & Fertilization, Arbor work, etc.
  • High level of proficiency with Office Products, presentation preparation, and generating client-catered marketing materials.

Responsibilities

  • Grow existing client's business and secure new clients within Construction Landscaping Services.
  • Set and manage client expectations.
  • Build strong, favorable relationships with clients.
  • Manage all client interactions with decision-makers regarding deadlines, pricing, and follow-up.
  • Manage the financial aspects of contracted work, including original contracts and change orders.
  • Monitor small enhancement/change order sales and interactions handled by field supervisors and their client peers.
  • Communicate all pertinent information, including changes in scope, deadlines, and expectations, to the client decision-maker, even after the job is ongoing.
  • Gather accurate information for the estimating and design team, including job details and deadlines.
  • Turn over contracted work to operations with accurate plans, proposals, contracts, budgets, and schedules.
  • Monitor and be accountable for project and account Gross Margin.
  • Communicate with operations to ensure they have client contacts and fully understand client expectations for each new project.
  • Report on potential and secured sales weekly.
  • Create forecasts for your market to aid in company planning for demand fluctuations.
