We're looking for a Bilingual Client Relations Coordinator who brings great energy, strong people skills, and a desire to make an impact. Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Friendly, resourceful, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Naturally proactive and solution-oriented
  • Passionate about working with diverse communities
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and office systems
  • Available full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Nice To Haves

  • Experience handling payments or basic accounting
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Strong critical thinking skills and leadership potential

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and guide clients with professionalism, warmth, and clarity-in person, by phone, and virtually
  • Schedule and manage consultations across multiple calendars with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Process payments and open new cases accurately, ensuring a smooth and trustworthy experience for clients
  • Keep the team aligned with timely, organized daily reporting
  • Communicate with clients in a way that is respectful, responsive, and easy to understand
  • Identify urgent issues and take initiative to help move solutions forward
  • Contribute to a positive, accountable, and team-oriented workplace
  • Assist with mailouts and file copy requests, ensuring proper handling, organization, and timely processing
  • Support your teammates and celebrate progress together
