As a Client Relations Coordinator, you're the calm, kind front door to our mission, helping people start proactive, personalized care with confidence. This role exists to make a difference in how clients experience healthcare from the first "Hi" to fully onboarded. This role blends client engagement with front desk operations, here's what that looks like day to day:

Requirements

  • Strong client-facing or customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal communication (phone and in-person)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, people-centered environment
  • High attention to detail and understanding of healthcare privacy standards

Nice To Haves

  • front desk, concierge, or healthcare/wellness background
  • CRM/scheduling experience

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for new inquiries- clear, empathetic, and steady
  • Own follow-up so no one falls through the cracks
  • Deliver a polished, hospitality-forward onsite experience
  • Keep scheduling, client records, and daily flow accurate
  • Triage communications and coordinate day-of needs with providers
  • Process payments and admin tasks with discretion
