We're looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Client Relations Associate to join our growing team. No previous client relations experience is required—we provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing professional development. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and grow professionally

Nice To Haves

Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
Customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or sales experience is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients
Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure an exceptional client experience
Understand client needs and provide personalized solutions
Answer questions and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Participate in daily training and professional development sessions
Track client interactions and maintain accurate records
