About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and personable Entry-Level Client Relations Assistant to join our growing team supporting nonprofit organizations and community outreach initiatives. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will help maintain positive relationships with nonprofit partners, community members, and event participants while supporting outreach campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and promotional events. Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and maintaining positive relationships with nonprofit clients and community partners
• Support outreach campaigns, fundraising events, and public engagement initiatives
• Serve as a professional point of contact for client and community communications
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and event participants
• Help ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and support
• Assist with organizing promotional events, community programs, and awareness campaigns
• Contribute creative ideas to improve engagement, visibility, and community participation
• Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback and recommendations
