As a Remote Client Representative, you’ll connect with families across the U.S. and Canada through virtual Zoom consultations. From the comfort of your home, you will: Educate clients on available benefits, Answer questions with clarity and care, Guide families in making informed decisions to protect what matters most. This role is ideal for individuals who value meaningful conversations, service over pressure, and purpose-driven work. Requirements

Strong communication and active listening skills
Basic computer proficiency and comfort in a virtual environment
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Friendly, professional, and relationship-focused demeanor
Effective time management and organizational skills

Leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
No prior insurance experience needed—we value coachability, compassion, and consistency, and provide full training and support.
