About The Position

The Client Partner role within the Strategic Fashion team is responsible for driving aggressive growth across new and existing fashion accounts for LTK. This is a highly strategic sales role within a fast-growing technology company at the intersection of creator marketing, commerce, media, and platform innovation. We are looking for someone with hustle, grit, and a strong desire to win — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, moves with urgency, and is excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of creator commerce. This role is not just about selling campaigns; it is about positioning LTK as a technology platform and long-term strategic partner for some of the world’s leading fashion brands. You will use strong consultative selling skills, executive-level relationship building, and cross-functional leadership to drive adoption across LTK’s expanding suite of platform capabilities, including creator discovery, messaging, gifting, measurement, commerce solutions, media offerings, and emerging product innovations. The ideal candidate has deep relationships within the fashion industry and understands how to translate brand challenges into smart, data-led solutions powered by the LTK platform. You are energized by innovation, excited by evolving technology and product offerings, and motivated by building and growing strategic partnerships at scale.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in advertising, technology, online media sales, SaaS, or marketing; influencer or creator marketing experience preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue goals through consultative selling and strategic account growth
  • Deep understanding of the creator, fashion, technology, and cultural landscape and excited to help shape the future of it
  • Experience selling platform, media, or full-funnel marketing solutions across awareness, consideration, conversion, and commerce
  • Experience presenting to C-Suite and Executive-level audiences with confidence and credibility
  • Strong relationships within the fashion industry and credibility with senior brand-side stakeholders
  • Confidence leading complex pitches, navigating RFPs, and translating client challenges into actionable strategic solutions
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking — able to prioritize opportunities and make data-informed decisions
  • Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of new and existing fashion accounts with responsibility for revenue growth, retention, and long-term partnership development
  • Drive new business aggressively while identifying expansion opportunities across existing accounts
  • Build senior and executive-level relationships with strategic fashion brands and position LTK as a technology, creator commerce, and growth partner
  • Reach and exceed ambitious sales quotas while contributing to overall team and company goals
  • Responsible for setting a clear strategy and roadmap for accounts while partnering cross-functionally to drive execution and success
  • Drive adoption across LTK’s platform capabilities and product offerings, including creator marketing solutions, media, discovery, messaging, gifting, commerce, and emerging platform innovations
  • Operate with urgency and hustle in a fast-moving, high-growth environment while continuously identifying opportunities to grow revenue and market share
  • Monitor, forecast, track, and report sales performance to senior management on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Create and deliver persuasive, data-driven presentations, proposals, business reviews, and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Stay ahead of fashion, technology, creator, and cultural trends in order to proactively identify new business opportunities and platform use cases
  • Act as a strong internal advocate for clients while collaborating across sales, product, strategy, marketing, and operations teams
