About The Position

Axtria is hiring a Client Partner to help life sciences companies solve problems using Axtria’s consulting expertise, processes, and cloud platforms. The role focuses on building senior-level client relationships, developing strategies and content to win large engagements, and securing new clients and stakeholders. The Client Partner is responsible for account strategy, business growth, client success, program management, and delivery quality across assigned client projects.

Requirements

• At least 7–10+ years of experience at a consulting or technology services firm.
• Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry experience.
• Ability to interact with client leadership and Axtria management at senior levels.
• Strong consulting skills, including the ability to whiteboard solutions to meet client challenges.
• A track record of working with multiple globally dispersed teams on complex assignments.
• Knowledge of delivery excellence and matrixed delivery team attributes to proactively manage client expectations and demonstrate value.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to new business development, build account plans, generate leads, and respond to proposals.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies and plans.
• Grow business across platforms, managed services, analytics, omnichannel, and data management.
• Craft innovative solutions and new go-to-market strategies.
• Engage with senior-level customers.
• Meet client revenue and margin targets, including managing account P&L.
• Advocate for client success across all projects for assigned clients.
• Enable a strong customer experience and delivery quality.
• Manage programs across all projects for the client.
• Contribute content and write proposals, RFP responses, and point-of-view documents.
