About The Position

As a Customer Success Enterprise Account Manager (called “Client Partner”) at Cast AI, you are an entrepreneurial, independent and enterprise-style professional who is experienced in selling and managing customers in the cloud SaaS space, specifically in the following or adjacent industries: Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Cost Control, Cloud Security and DevOps tools. As we continue our rapid global expansion, we are looking for growth-oriented Account Managers to join the team and maximize the phenomenal market opportunity that exists for Cast AI and our customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with enterprise organisations, navigating complex decision-making structures and multi-year customer engagements.
  • Proven experience in enterprise customer account management, including execution of upsell, value realization and customer planning.
  • Ability to identify key contacts, understand client needs, and tailor proposals to address those needs.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing, with a commitment to long-term customer satisfaction.

  • Experience in the cloud SaaS space, specifically in the following or adjacent industries: Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Cost Control, Cloud Security and DevOps tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure adoption, satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer accounts while driving revenue growth.
  • Work closely with our technical account managers to guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring they fully understand and adopt the company’s products within a well-defined and closely managed onboarding process.
  • Monitor customer usage, health and risk scores, and performance KPIs to proactively address potential issues.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, TAM team, R&D, Partners and more stakeholders across the company to ensure the growth and success of your accounts.
