Guillaume Marriage and Family Counseling of California, P.C. is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and culturally responsive Spanish-English bilingual Client Outreach & Engagement Coordinator for its outpatient behavioral health team in Sacramento, California. This non-clinical role focuses on community outreach, client engagement, referral development, and helping individuals and families connect with appropriate mental health services. The position is full-time, hourly W-2 employment, with a projected start in 2027; the exact date is to be determined based on program development, staffing needs, and organizational readiness. The work arrangement is hybrid, combining in-person community outreach, office responsibilities, and approved remote work. The schedule is 30–40 hours per week, generally Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday availability depending on outreach activities. Employees must be available for scheduled weekday meetings, training, community events, and assigned outreach activities. All required work time is compensated. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour, based on relevant experience and qualifications. The posting provides estimated monthly and annual earnings for 30-, 35-, and 40-hour workweeks and notes that actual earnings depend on hours worked and organizational needs and are not guaranteed.
