The Client Operations Support Manager is responsible for the development, upkeep, and maintenance of all systems at the account level to ensure contractual compliance and stated financial goals through collaboration with branch leadership, regional management, and functional departments. This role will safeguard personnel/licensing files, manage uniform and equipment procurement, complete employment-related paperwork, and maintain operational metrics to drive business decisions.
