About The Position

As a Client Operations Specialist Sr, you will respond to incoming client calls and emails. We will count on you to communicate with other Insight departments on client issues and assist in resolution where applicable. Along the way, you will get to: Make outgoing client calls in support of the organization’s sales requirements. Prepare and submit client sales quotes. Enter client sales orders accurately into the appropriate order entry system. Research technical information on product request and ensure access to procuring. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) and 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products and services preferred.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, other teammates needed.
  • Strong communication in English and French languages (verbal and written), organization and time management skills required.
