About The Position

The Sr. Client Service Specialist will be responsible for responding to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions, and client complaints. This role involves recording consistent problem areas, resolving issues with orders, delivery dates, or service, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and follow-up. While responses are predominantly routine, the position may require deviations from standard procedures. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions, and client complaints.
  • Record consistent problem areas.
  • Resolve issues with orders, delivery dates, or service.
  • Determine the cause of client problems, select and explain the best solution, and expedite corrections or adjustments.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution of client complaints.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
