About The Position

Princeton Staffing Solutions is building an operations function in India to support its US-based Account Managers who place healthcare and education professionals in K–12 school districts. This role involves working directly with a US-based Account Manager, handling all coordination, data management, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth client relationships. The operations team in India will serve as the backbone for the Account Management team, working in parallel during the US business day to manage job orders, update Trello boards, track compliance deadlines, and coordinate candidate submissions. This is a high-ownership role where the individual will act as a genuine operational partner, directly impacting the effectiveness of Princeton's service to its school district clients.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in staffing operations, recruitment coordination, client services, or administrative support.
  • Experience working overnight or in a US time zone-aligned shift from India.
  • Strong proficiency in a CRM or ATS.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple clients and requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and raising issues before they become problems.
  • Ability to operate independently during overnight hours with minimal real-time supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage job order management in LaborEdge, including receiving new openings, logging them accurately, qualifying them for completeness, and briefing the recruiting team for immediate sourcing.
  • Track candidate marketing and maintain updated notes across the team during the shift.
  • Own compliance and onboarding tracking for all active placements, monitoring outstanding items like professional licenses, background checks, fingerprinting clearances, and district-specific requirements.
  • Proactively alert Account Managers to approaching deadlines before they become problems.
  • Maintain Trello boards by keeping cards current, moving stages, adding status notes, flagging blockers, and ensuring accurate reflection of all open requisitions, submitted candidates, scheduled interviews, and active placements.
  • Support the Account Manager with client and administrative work, including drafting pre-call briefing notes, preparing routine client communications for review, tracking meeting action items, and researching placement opportunities and market intelligence within candidate parameters.
