This is a net-new role within Vertice. You won’t be following a manual — you’ll be building the playbook for how clients onboard to Vertice and get to value. You will own the most critical phase of the customer journey: converting a signed contract into active, happy users on our platform. We are looking for exceptional people who aren’t satisfied with conventional career paths, and want to do something more entrepreneurial. This role will provide you with a seat on one of a fast growing rocket ship company, and a pathway into Account Management (strategic commercial and client relationship owner), Procurement (full-stack negotiator with SaaS vendors), Solutions (product and process transformation owner), Client Strategy & Operations, or generalist roles across the business in operations, strategy, data, or GTM. As the first in this role, your fingerprints will be on the onboarding process as we scale globally. You will mentor future members of the team as it grows.
