About The Position

The Associate’s primary responsibility will be to respond quickly and accurately to all inquiries from both internal and external clients. This position must work closely with individuals across the organization and process client transactions correctly and within tight time constraints.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client/customer response role required
  • Strong Excel, Word, Power Point and demonstrated data management skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Has experience with new procedures and system implementation
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • 4-year undergraduate degree preferred
  • Prior alternative investment experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with clients regarding their accounts and questions they may have by providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Work with incoming clients to process legal and compliance documentation in line with industry regulations under time sensitive constraints.
  • Enter all client data and updates to internal systems (CRM and client portals) quickly and accurately so the firm is using the most up to date information.
  • Manage investor reporting and communications, including report distribution, investor notices, and ad hoc requests in coordination with fund administrators and internal teams
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve client issues, track requests, and ensure a seamless client experience
  • Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, data quality controls, and system enhancements
