About The Position

We are a US-based real estate technology company seeking a thoughtful, analytical individual to own client operations. This role involves supporting users, assisting with onboarding, identifying trends in platform usage, and contributing to continuous improvement. It is not a typical support role, but rather one for someone who enjoys thinking, learning, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be a former teacher, tutor, or trainer, or possess an analytical mind with a curiosity to understand the 'why' behind things. This is a long-term role where analytical thinking is valued.

Requirements

Excellent written English; comfortable and confident on calls when needed.
Strong comfort with spreadsheets and basic data analysis (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, simple reports).
Clear, patient communication and a genuine interest in helping people.
Critical thinking and the ability to figure things out independently.
A learning mindset and pride in doing good work.
At least 2 years of professional experience in roles that required thinking, analysis, or teaching.

Nice To Haves

Background in teaching, tutoring, instructional design, or corporate training.
Experience with SaaS platforms, US real estate, or property data.
Experience creating dashboards, reports, training materials, or knowledge bases.
Self-taught skills you are proud of.

Responsibilities

Support US-based clients primarily through chat, with occasional email and voice calls.
Assist new clients with getting started and confidently using the platform.
Identify patterns in client questions to improve documentation, onboarding, and the product.
Review usage data and support metrics, and share insights with the team.
Collaborate with the Management and engineering team to surface ideas, bugs, and opportunities.
Build and maintain knowledge resources for team and client benefit.
