Requirements

A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company
Work authorization in the United States
Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills
Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam
Ease with virtual tools and video meetings
Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently
Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role
Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required
No prior insurance experience is required.

Responsibilities

Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients
Deliver high-quality, client-focused service
Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth
Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups
Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom
