About The Position

This role leads the client onboarding experience, ensuring a seamless transition from implementation through adoption. It serves as a liaison across internal teams and clients to deliver tailored solutions, establish operational readiness, and enable long-term success. The position drives execution excellence, fosters engagement, and ensures processes, systems, and reporting are aligned to support ongoing performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum four years of experience required in insurance, distribution, project management, or related field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent collaboration and team building skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills.
  • Ability to represent the company with external constituents.
  • Possesses strong technical aptitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, PowerBI reporting, and AI tools.
  • Proactively approaches responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree preferred in business or related technical field.
  • Book consolidation experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding execution and delivery, including planning, coordinating, facilitating client interactions, and managing timelines, milestones, and communications to ensure successful and timely implementation.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, serving as the primary contact and ensuring a seamless implementation that drives client satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Partner cross-functionally to design and execute tailored onboarding implementation plans that address client needs and ensure organizational readiness.
  • Drive reporting readiness by establishing data connections, defining requirements, and implementing reporting solutions to support performance visibility and business insights.
  • Drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement by maintaining accurate records, monitoring performance, and identifying process enhancements.
  • Enable client success and adoption by educating client teams, supporting engagement, and facilitating a smooth transition to ongoing relationship management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
