About The Position

Tabush Group is seeking a skilled and relationship-driven Client Manager to join our Client Services team. This individual will serve as a strategic IT advisor (vCTO) to our clients, build strong relationships with the key decisions makers, ensuring we are meeting service delivery expectations and gaining a strong pulse on the happiness and satisfaction of every client.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in an MSP, managed IT, or co-managed IT environment in a hands-on technical role
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing capacity such as account management, client success, or technical advisory, including direct ownership of client relationships at the decision-maker level.
  • Experience advising key decision makers on IT architecture and cybersecurity strategy, including translating technical risk into business and budget terms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work across teams and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Organized and proactive, with a focus on delivering outstanding client outcomes

  • Experience serving professional services or regulated industries: law firms, financial services, real estate, and construction.
  • Experience owning quarterly business reviews, technology roadmaps, and IT budget planning for a named portfolio of accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, in a vCTO capacity, gain an understanding of their business and IT needs and successfully translate this to impactful business solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client firms; proactively monitor client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Identify and escalate and bring urgency to areas of service delivery that are failing to meet our standards, ensuring both client and internal service expectations are consistently met.
  • Ensure the project team has the resources and information required to deliver projects successfully.
  • Manage tasks such as time tracking, reporting, change management, lifecycle planning, and PS pipeline oversight.
