This job is responsible for managing relationships of external Clients, developing new growth channels, and enhancing experiences. Key responsibilities include working with corporate clients, promoting Bank programs to employees to generate banking relationships, launching, and driving new employee banking programs to increase enrollments and deepen relationships, initiating and managing all new client onboarding, and program development and execution. Job expectations include partnering across the enterprise to improve the client experience, acquire new business and expand relationships.
