Requirements

  • Client integration experience — ownership of end-to-end integrations of software products into external client infrastructure, including coordination with client IT teams, managing deployment expectations, and navigating complex implementation challenges.
  • Modern technical stack familiarity — ability to work across environments such as Python, Node.js, Go, and Bash/CI/CD, including reading unfamiliar codebases, troubleshooting issues, and building lightweight scripts or services when needed.
  • gRPC / REST API expertise — hands-on experience building or integrating production-grade APIs, with a strong understanding of common failure points and debugging approaches.
  • SIP/VoIP knowledge — hands-on experience is a plus, though strong protocol understanding and the ability to ramp up quickly in real-world environments are equally valued.
  • Distributed systems / microservices understanding — solid understanding of modern backend architectures, inter-service communication patterns, and common sources of latency and system failure.
  • Strong autonomy and ownership mindset — ability to independently drive projects forward, proactively identify blockers, communicate clearly, and make sound decisions without constant oversight.
  • Confident English communication skills — Upper-Intermediate level or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively in technical and customer-facing environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Kubernetes / Docker experience in production environments — hands-on experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting real workloads in containerized environments. Familiarity with Helm charts is a plus.
  • ML/AI pipeline familiarity — understanding of modern AI product architectures, including inference servers, ASR/TTS systems, or adjacent machine learning infrastructure and workflows.
  • Banking / fintech industry exposure — familiarity with how enterprise clients in regulated industries evaluate solutions, manage security and compliance considerations, and navigate decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate with client banking systems via FastAPI / Python Integration Layer
  • Troubleshoot our platform interactions, SIP/VoIP systems, gRPC services, and production latency issues
  • Deploy and configure platform components via Kubernetes / Helm
  • Analyze logs, debug incidents, remove technical blockers on the client side
  • Leverage available tools, scripts, and technical resources to troubleshoot integrations and ensure successful platform performance.
  • Own end-to-end integration into client infrastructure
  • Coordinate deployments, upgrades, and release planning
  • Manage client expectations and escalations
  • Work directly with client DevOps / IT teams
  • Lead architecture selection for new pilots and cluster setup
