Requirements

Proven experience in sales, intake, or high-volume call center environments
Strong closing skills and ability to confidently ask for commitment
Comfortable discussing sensitive topics with professionalism and empathy
Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment (KPIs, conversion rates, goals)
Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills
Highly organized with strong follow-through

Responsibilities

Convert inbound calls and inquiries into signed clients
Take ownership of intake conversations and confidently guide prospective clients through the process
Qualify leads and identify strong cases efficiently
Build rapport and trust while maintaining control of the conversation
Overcome objections and create urgency when appropriate
Conduct consistent follow-up with potential clients to maximize conversion rates
Accurately document interactions and maintain organized records in CRM systems
Collaborate with legal and case management teams to ensure smooth on-boarding
