Client Human Resources Business Partner III
About The Position
ADP is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner in Tempe, AZ. Requirements
- Hybrid work model: Working 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
- Must be able to support a book of business/clients on the west coast within PST and MST time zones.
- At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
- A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences include: Experience noted above, OR Military Experience.

- HR Certification or willing to pursue in the first year
Responsibilities
- Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies.
- Solve client problems by taking a broad perspective to identify solutions.
- Work independently to resolve issues.
- Proactively work with clients to provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
- Use strong interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues.
- Set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, change direction, and provide prompt follow-up.
- Strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and live ADP's core value of Integrity is Everything.
- Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients.
- Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP.
