About The Position

ADP is hiring a Human Resources Consultant in the Inland Empire area, Chino, Ontario, Corona areas. In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to clients, using HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges. There will be new questions regularly, keeping the role interesting, supported by top-ranked training. Communication, both over the phone and in writing, should be clear and actionable. Client satisfaction scores are important. Requirements

  • Hybrid work model (Remote/Field), requiring frequent client visits and the ability to travel for onsite team meetings and other business-related activities as needed.
  • Reside in or near Inland Empire CA area, as this role requires regular travel within an assigned external client territory and book of business (Chino, Ontario, Corona areas, with potential travel to additional surrounding areas).
  • At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
  • A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences include: Experience noted above, OR Military Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies.
  • Solve client problems by taking a broad perspective to identify solutions.
  • Work independently to resolve issues.
  • Proactively work with clients to provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
  • Use strong interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues.
  • Set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, change direction, and provide prompt follow-up.
  • Strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction.
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and live ADP's core value of Integrity is Everything.
  • Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP.
