About The Position

Babcox Media Inc. is a leading B2B multimedia company serving various industries including the automotive aftermarket. They are seeking a Client Growth Manager to drive revenue across their portfolio of brands. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role for a consultative seller who can connect content, audience, and media into integrated programs that deliver measurable business outcomes. The role involves building client partnerships, uncovering growth opportunities, and closing business, while leveraging modern tools, data, and AI.

Requirements

  • 3 + years of experience in media sales, marketing, or automotive aftermarket-related industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a consultative sales environment
  • Experience selling integrated, multi-channel marketing solutions (content, digital, social, video, etc.)
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect marketing strategy to measurable outcomes
  • Digitally fluent and AI-capable, with a demonstrated ability to leverage tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Proactive, self-directed approach to prospecting and pipeline development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close new business within the automotive aftermarket and adjacent markets.
  • Build and sell integrated marketing programs (sponsored content, digital advertising, video, social media, and custom solutions).
  • Lead consultative client conversations that align Babcox’s capabilities with client marketing and business objectives.
  • Develop strategic proposals that translate ideas into clear, compelling, and sellable programs.
  • Leverage CRM, audience insights, and AI tools to identify opportunities, personalize outreach, and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Partner cross-functionally with editorial, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality campaign execution.
  • Bring market intelligence and client feedback into internal strategy discussions to help shape future offerings.
