We're hiring a Content & Growth Lead to help our senior leaders develop their thought leadership and online presence.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in content, growth, or communications.
Strong editorial judgment, with the ability to help leaders turn their expertise into clear, compelling content.
A real understanding of how audiences grow on LinkedIn, X, and Substack.
A bias for experimenting, testing new formats and ideas to see what works.
Hands-on experience growing an audience.
Comfortable supporting several leaders and priorities at once.
Fluent and fast with AI tools.

Responsibilities

Work closely with leaders to turn their ideas and expertise into published content.
Grow their audiences across the platforms that matter, like LinkedIn, X, and Substack, with a real understanding of how they work.
Find new formats and ideas to reach and engage people, and test what works.
Identify the channels and opportunities to extend their reach, including PR and speaking engagements.
Support the coordination of events.
Track what's working and lean into it.
Use AI tools daily to draft, research, and work faster.
