Additionally, the role requires surfacing client needs and pain points to inform product and R&D discussions, leveraging the Global Client Operations Center to identify automation or delegation opportunities for efficiency. The analyst will develop expertise in a key growth area, lead knowledge sharing within the team, and build client-facing collateral. They will also troubleshoot campaign delivery and performance issues in critical situations and stay updated on industry trends in AdTech, analytics, forecasting, and attribution. Clear communication of project progress, timelines, risks, and challenges to stakeholders and managers is essential.
