This role involves partnering with commercial teams to deliver Client Business Reviews, which include custom analyses, optimization recommendations, media plans, and forecasts aimed at improving performance and driving incremental revenue. The analyst will design, manage, analyze, and communicate the results of controlled A/B tests. They will also create and share market trends and benchmarks to support strategic planning, and collaborate with Product Analytics to implement performance-improving initiatives. A key aspect of the role is to surface client needs, recurring pain points, and analytical findings to inform product and R&D discussions. The analyst will leverage the Global Client Operations Center to identify opportunities for automation or delegation to improve efficiency. Developing expertise in a key growth area of the business, taking ownership of knowledge sharing within the team, and building client-facing collateral are also important. The role requires troubleshooting campaign delivery and performance issues in time-sensitive situations and staying informed on industry trends in AdTech, analytics, forecasting, and attribution. Clear communication of project progress, timelines, risks, and challenges to stakeholders and managers is essential.
