The Client Experience & Value Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for client growth initiatives, including the Clients of Focus Program and client feedback, as well as client experience efforts, including client experience training and client journey mapping. This role tracks and maintains key client activity, metrics, plans, materials, and updates; coordinates agendas and action items; supports collaboration across Client Experience & Value, Marketing and Business Development, Client Solutions and Innovation Group, and other business services departments; and helps ensure client-focused initiatives are organized, timely, and aligned with the Firm’s BakerVision goals.
