- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients through scheduled phone and Zoom consultations
- Educate families on available insurance and supplemental benefit options
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Assist clients with applications, enrollments, and policy updates
- Participate in ongoing virtual training and professional development
- Work independently while collaborating with a supportive remote team
