Responsibilities

• Assisting customers and renting storage units
• Helping with daily operations
• Sales
• Showing customers available storage units
• Renting units
• Selling merchandise and services
• Open and close the facility
• Keeping all areas clean and presentable
• Performing locker checks
• Cleaning the office and kitchen
• Ensuring trucks are well maintained, cleaned and parked in an orderly fashion
• Conveying to potential customers why we are the best
• Ascertaining the needs of leads
• Selling our features and closing the sale
