The position emphasizes providing a 5-star host experience rather than traditional reception duties, focusing on VIP hospitality, brand storytelling, booking performance, showroom aesthetics, and frictionless logistics.

Requirements

Proven track record of delivering pristine client experiences in premium fitness, luxury hotels, luxury fashion retail, or boutique aesthetics/medical spas.
Experience handling high-demand, high-net-worth client communities.
Experience from premium boutique properties (luxury hotels).
Experience as stylists, premium client consultants, or key holders from high-end retail ecosystems.
Experience as client coordinators in high-end client service (boutique aesthetics & medical spas).
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to proactively suggest creative ways to fill scheduling gaps and eliminate operational friction.
Ability to serve as the primary operating link between the clinical team and the client.
Focus on building sustainable systems and relationships.
Prepared to submit 2, 60-second video responses as part of the application process.
Willingness to have camera on for video responses.

Responsibilities

Act as a 5-star host, running premium flagship showroom tours and welcoming clients/patients with elite hospitality.
Tell the Align brand narrative seamlessly.
Nurture inbound community interest and convert "Hot Leads" into active clinical appointments to optimize schedule saturation.
Ensure front-of-house and back-of-house spaces remain "polished and perfect" at a luxury 5-star standard.
Manage medical files, point-of-sale invoicing, and insurance inquiries to provide a smooth financial experience.
Manage incoming premium inventory merchandising in the showroom.
Strategically track client-specific Align Orthotics™ footwear and compression orders.
