Client Experience Coordinator

Medtelligent•Chicago, IL
•$41,600 - $52,000•Hybrid

About The Position

ALIS is hiring a full-time, entry-level Client Experience Coordinator for a role at the intersection of account management and client support. The position is designed for someone starting a career in technology or healthtech, offering opportunities to learn client communication, project coordination, software configuration, and account management alongside experienced account managers. When a client's question is better suited to account management than technical support, the support team routes the call to this coordinator, who owns the conversation through resolution. The role also involves supporting client requests and projects, maintaining customer information, and helping improve customer and teammate experiences. The position is based in Chicago and requires in-office attendance for the first 90 days. After that, a regular schedule of three in-office days per week is required once performance expectations are met; additional flexibility may be available upon meeting performance milestones. A college degree is not required. The role is intended for someone comfortable with technology, curious about how things work, and genuinely motivated to help people. ALIS does not provide employment sponsorship, including OPT or STEM OPT.
