About The Position

This role is for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently, staying organized, and creating an outstanding experience for every customer who walks through the door. You'll be the primary team member in our Oconomowoc gallery, serving as the first point of contact for customers and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience from their first visit through project completion. This isn't the right role for someone who needs constant direction or thrives in a busy office environment with coworkers around all day. You will receive comprehensive training at our Waukesha headquarters during your first few weeks to build confidence and learn our systems. After training, you'll primarily work from our Oconomowoc gallery while spending at least one day each week at our Waukesha location for continued collaboration, training, and team connection.
