Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Schedule service appointments and optimize technician dispatch routes
  • Provide real-time updates, answer questions, and manage follow-up communication
  • Accurately enter job details, notes, and updates into our system (CRM/ServiceTitan)
  • Coordinate daily with HVAC technicians to ensure timeliness and efficiency
  • Support office operations during peak seasons (including urgent service demand)
  • Help maintain an organized workflow and contribute to a positive, team-driven environment
