About The Position

Blanchard Machinery Company is seeking a dynamic, polished, and operationally sharp Client Experience & Operations Coordinator to orchestrate the daily energy, flow, and first impressions of our Product Support Headquarters. Sitting at the center of our flagship facility, this position functions as the ultimate brand ambassador and cultural anchor of our Product Support Headquarters. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for high-touch service and the organizational prowess to seamlessly streamline communications across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven track record (2+ years) delivering exceptional service in hospitality, premium retail, upscale guest services, or a high-touch corporate environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and an innate ability to connect with diverse personalities.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities seamlessly without losing composure.
  • Sharp eye for detail, whether it's managing complex schedules, tracking invoices, or ensuring a conference room is perfectly curated.
  • Capability to master internal corporate databases and platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to a positive work environment and promotes the vision, mission and values of BMC.
  • Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Elevate every touchpoint for visitors and employees, delivering an intentional, welcoming, and premium concierge experience.
  • Act as the central communications hub, managing phone traffic and directing inquiries across service, parts, and training divisions with speed and precision.
  • Supports the daily flow of the Product Support Headquarters through high-level scheduling, meeting preparation, and facility logistics, while providing administrative and coordination support to operational leaders, up to and including the Vice President of Product Support.
  • Maintain the precision of our operational documentation, including assisting with work orders, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
  • Constantly identifying ways to improve facility workflow, team communication, and the overall front-of-house experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.
