NFP, an Aon company, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced relationship management professional. This role will be focused on strategic relationship management and retention of Mid-Market core clients. The Client Executive will be responsible for managing the overall relationship with assigned Mid-Market core clients, including developing and engaging multiple relationships throughout and within the client organization. The ideal candidate will establish themselves as the client's primary point of contact and communication conduit for NFP, keeping the client producer informed at all times. This role requires cultivating internal and external relationships for effective collaboration, client advocacy, and trust. A broad knowledge of internal operations is necessary to efficiently solve client needs. Maintaining accurate client records using account management software is essential, along with a robust understanding and tracking system of key client personnel and their products. The role also involves driving revenue growth through a strategic consultative sales plan, identifying and executing cross-sell opportunities, and taking ownership of client account teams' success. Contributing to the team's holistic service strategy and establishing quality standards to improve client experience are key. A broad understanding of insurance products, coverages, industry trends, and basic program design is required. Developing expertise in assigned client industries, NFP's resources, and capabilities, along with engaging in continuing education, is crucial. The Client Executive will produce stewardship reports, implement strategic relationship management cadences, and seek annual client feedback. Travel is expected for client visits and development activities, approximately 25%-40%, with a requirement to see clients in person at least twice annually.
