About The Position

Lamb is seeking a Client Executive to sell insurance to new and existing clients. The role involves contacting prospective clients using Lamb’s proprietary resources, building relationships, and gathering information to identify insurance needs and prepare appropriate coverage solutions. The Client Executive works with Lamb’s carrier relations team to develop insurance solutions and with assigned Account Managers to service acquired clients and support ongoing satisfaction. The role also participates in internal training to maintain product and market expertise and strengthen sales and servicing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Meet production goals and directly sell insurance to new and existing clients.
• Reach out by telephone to prospects in Lamb’s proprietary database to create opportunities for policy placement.
• Lead consulting efforts with prospects to identify insurance needs and work with the in-house carrier relations team to deliver suitable insurance solutions.
• Work with assigned Account Managers to service acquired clients and deliver ongoing insurance solutions and strong client satisfaction.
• Participate in Lamb’s in-house training programs to maintain expertise in insurance products and improve sales and servicing strategies.
